Brides can find specific wedding coordination packages that make having a wedding planner affordable. Packages range from $950 and run up to about $4,400. We work with each bride and her budget to determine what is needed to make the entire wedding event memorable and enjoyable for the couple.
The Event Group acts as a liaison between the client and the selected event vendors. We make recommendations for event facilities, florists, rental companies, bakeries, DJ's, bands, invitation design, etc. Many times, all or some of the vendors will be contracted by our company and billed, along with our services, as a convenience to the client.
The event coordinator is on-site during the event to make sure all details are handled correctly and to shield the client from any problems or concerns. Our clients are encouraged to be a guest at their own event and to socialize with their guests.
