Package 2: The Coordinator

This package is for the bride who wants to plan her special day but also wants some extra help in staying organized.  “The Coordinator” adds to the planning that is already taking place, keeps the wedding couple and vendors on task as well as eliminates the “day of” responsibilities.

  • Conduct a reception site check to ensure setup meets bride’s expectations.

  • Coordinate the agenda of the reception (the toast, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, etc.).

  • Help the bride decide what vendors are appropriate for her specific requirements.

  • Contact vendors up to three times: initial setup, meeting to work out details, final check.

  • Distribute final payments to vendors.

  • Provide a wedding checklist to suggest an ideal schedule.

  • Be available by email to answer general questions.

  • Coordinate local newspaper announcements for engagement and wedding.

  • Transport wedding items (napkins, favors, bridal portrait) to the ceremony and/or reception.
