Alex Gruman is Sous Chef for The Event Group. He was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. He found his love for food when he worked at a small brasserie in Chelsea Manhattan. His past experience includes work at a large convention center and he even owned a small, high-end catering company before moving to NWA. He especially loves to create new dishes using fine ingredients. In his spare moments, Alex likes to travel, spend time with family and ride his Harley.
