All of our staff undergo training and testing before working events. Meetings are scheduled quarterly prior to each season to update, train and evaluate both returning and new staff. The Event Group emphasizes attentive, courteous service, personal appearance and comprehensive cross training. All staff is interviewed, reference checked and hand selected by company leadership. Referral by existing staff is our preferred method of recruiting.

We strive to surpass industry standards offering the correct number of staff based upon your menu, number of confirmed guests and the serving method required. We will have many of the following staff members in order to proficiently provide the proper service at your event.

Fantastic Food
Our specialty is menu customization, but we offer several suggested menus including: sandwich, BBQ, fine dining, Mexican, Italian and home-style “comfort ” food. We also offer a variety of hors d’oeuvre and dessert menus. The Event Group frequently adds new menu items and searches for the latest in menu trends and presentation styles in order to provide trendy and unique events for our clients.

For All Budgets
Our catering division has many products and services with menu prices ranging from $8.95 to $35.00+ per person. We have created specific packages, targeting specific clients.  Some examples include tailgate menus, holiday menus, baby shower menus and board meeting menus.  These packages are sent to the appropriate client or potential client at various times throughout the year.

We require notice of 5 business days before your event. Staffing may be required for groups of 50 or more. Delivery and tax will be an additional charge.
Full Service
We calculate the number of staff needed for each job, based upon the menu, type of food served, skills needed and the size of the event. For smaller events and clients that request delivery service only, staffing may not be required. We also offer “Parties To Go” for clients who need us to do the cooking but not any of the other catering service offerings.
