Pratt Place Inn and Barn is located in the heart of Fayetteville and on the beautiful Sassafras Hill. Their event spaces offer the perfect venue for weddings, holiday parties and numerous other events.
The stunning Pratt Place Barn is an amazing location for a variety of events, but weddings are always spectacular. Due to the size of the barn it can hold up to 300 people. When renting the barn for your event, it also includes use of the pasture, so your space is not just limited to inside use! They also provide heating, air conditioning, a kitchen, catering prep area, storage room and restrooms.
Another event space located within the Inn is the Magnolia Dining Room. This space has floor to ceiling windows that look out over their south lawn and pasture. Additionally, French doors open out to a large flagstone terrace and to the wrap-around porch. This space is perfect for a more intimate wedding.
